Americans removing mines from Ukrainian farms

The Russian government is making a mess in Ukraine. They’re leaving huge piles of equipment, munitions, conscripts, mongols, and also active mines where normal Ukrainians can suddenly trigger death or maiming.

Mines planted in Ukrainian farms

War zones span across many farms. Mines are planted on farms in the ground where a truck or tractor could detonate them.

Americans are finding ways to help. These stills come from a mine removal project led by USA veteran Ryan Hendrickson.
