Not all milk is created equal. We bottle only fresh, raw milk made by our cows grazing our diverse, perennial pastures, rounded out with a bit of dry hay (during the colder months) and a scoop of non-GMO grain (given during milking). This is the same milk - produced in our Grade A licensed dairy - for our cheesemaking operation.

Our non-GMO, raw, grass-fed milk is sold in 1/2 gallon jugs for $6.00 each. This listing is for ON FARM PICK UP ONLY on Thursdays from 3pm-7pm. Please email us at milk@hobocheese.co with any questions or to reserve your milk.
