Description

We milk 3-7 Holsteins year around. Majority grass fed, supplemented with hay, small amount of grain / mineral pellets. Girls are stud Holsteins. We milk once a day. Girls are also genetically tested for kappa casein status. We milk through a single unit which we clean and sanitise daily. Used to own & run a commercial dairy for 10+ years.
