Raw Milk, The Natural Way. All of our milk comes from grass-fed Jersey cows. Most of our cows are born here at the farm and others coming from grass-fed farms.
We believe that happy cows produce great milk, for this reason we let our cows graze freely on different pastures throughout the day. Our cows ruminate calmly under the shade of beautiful avocado trees with their calves aside.
Keeping Our Raw Milk Clean And Safe
We use, new stainless steel grade A equipment to extract and process our raw milk safely. In-line filters are in place at all times to make sure no debris makes its way in our milk. Our raw milk is then cooled immediately after it leaves our cows udder using a 100gal cooling tank to ensure freshness. We use strip cups and inline mastitis detectors which make sure no pathogens make it into our raw milk. We clean all our equipment every day after milking. Bulk milk is then tested using new testing technology to analyze our raw milk before it bottled or processed.
Meet Our Large Family
Our story started with a little dairy heifer (Rosita) we were gifted 5 years ago. We had the land and lots of space to grow our farm, we fell in love with dairy farming as soon as little Rosita grew and had her first calve. Soon we had 10 more calves and Rosita was helping us raise them with her nutritious milk. Our family then had the great idea to help other Families in our area to have access to healthy raw milk. We now have over 30 cows and deliver milk all over Miami-Dade County as well as in surrounding areas.
