We believe in quality over quantity. Milking once a day allows for our mama cows to raise their babies. We milk predominantly grass fed Guernsey and cross cows. While in the barn milking, they do get a minimum amount of grain with added nutrients and microbials to insure a healthy gut for healthier cows.
