Water buffalo farm, they have delicious raw milk. De Stoerderij is een boerderij met hele stoere waterbuffels. De familiekudde telt circa 100 waterbuffels en deze lopen het hele jaar door lekker buiten in diverse weilanden in Son en Breugel, vlakbij Eindhoven. Bij De Stoerderij worden de waterbuffels gemolken en ze worden gehouden voor het vlees. Buffelmelk is beroemd van de traditionele Italiaanse buffelmozzarella. Onze buffelmelk verwerken we ook tot heerlijke buffelmozzarella, maar er wordt ook yoghurt, roomijs, paneer en harde kaas van gemaakt. We verkopen ook rauwe melk bij de boerderij. De stieren worden gehouden voor het vlees en dit wordt voornamelijk verkocht via Crowdfunding.

With Sebastian, who successfully completed his degree in agricultural business administration in the summer of 2019, the 4th generation is in the starting blocks. In our Heider Hof farmhouse, we have been offering regional and seasonal products in addition to our milk and eggs since the summer of 2020.

With us you get fresh, untreated country milk from happy cows! Monday - Sunday 24 hours open. The milk is cooled down to 4°C immediately after milking. Our fresh whole milk comes to the milk filling station every day. Our milk has a fat content of 3.9 to 4.0%. Our cows produce milk of the highest quality. Come and see for yourself.
