Raw milk farms and retailers can now be connected dynamically to reference each other

Raw milk farms and retailers (or drop locations, buyers clubs, etc off-farm locations) can now be connected to dynamically reference each other.

Listings will show their related listings in a map on their listing page, and on a new /related page in both map and list format.
