Mostly we sell direct to our customers, either here at the ranch or with twice weekly deliveries to Lander, Wyoming. Please text or call 307-858-5858 for more info.

Our goats are mostly Alpine. Big goats. The adults are known as Buck and Does, just like deer. We sell our bottle-trained male baby goats (bucklings) for pack goats, and some of the female babies (doelings) in the spring. We have some of the largest Alpine Goats in the Rockies, (we think).
All our goats are hand milked 2x/day and fed an all natural diet consisting mostly of pasture on alfalfa/grass/forage fields and also barn stored sanfoine hay. The mama milking does also get about a pound of barley and oats while being milked.
As far as we know, none of our feed anywhere is sprayed with anything, but we do not certify as organic, as in our opinion that label has now become mostly meaningless. Thanks, USDA. Normally none of our goats are injected with anything either.

We welcome and enjoy visitors to the Birdsong Ranch and sometimes can provide milk-to-go impromptu to travelers. However, we do request that you call or text ahead (307-858-5858) if possible. We’re usually here, but we may be very busy. Or not.
We’ve been doing this for over 38 years now. We look forward to continuing meeting you and serving your fresh raw goat milk needs.
