ZIGRIFARM is located in Albania,Tirana, village “Gurrë e Vogël” as a private organic farm. Fresh milk and cheese

Herd of donkeys, donkeys are grazing year round on grass, red and white clover, fresh hay and mix of corn, oat and barley. They practice rotational grazing with break fencing winter hay. Our milk did not go through any processes of heating, homogenization and the like, but the process in our case is as follows: milking on the farm - cooling of the milk - transport to the milk machine at a temperature below 4°C. Therefore, the milk reaches the milking machine only a few hours after milking, and in this way you can enjoy the guaranteed freshest milk.
