House Bill 1048 has been proposed to legalize off-farm raw milk sales in Arkansas. Currently, raw milk is legal for sale but cannot be sold off the farm in the state. This bill would give customers the option to purchase raw milk from cows, goats, and sheep from markets and grocery stores.
