Our milk did not go through any processes of heating, homogenization and the like, but the process in our case is as follows: milking on the farm - cooling of the milk - transport to the milk machine at a temperature below 4°C. Therefore, the milk reaches the milking machine only a few hours after milking, and in this way you can enjoy the guaranteed freshest milk.
