SB 2028 is now law in Oklahoma, raising the monthly on-farm raw milk sales cap. Advertising no longer prohibited. Off-farm retail sales remain prohibited after companion legislation stalled in committee.

The State of Wyoming ordered Cody’s Hippy Cow Creamery to stop serving raw milk lattes. The Food Freedom Act’s author says the cease-and-desist has no basis in state law.
