About this raw milk source
This shop stocks raw milk from Bernard Gaborit, an organic dairy in Maulévrier (Maine-et-Loire) whose Jersey cows graze flower meadows for most of the year. Look in the dairy fridge for "Lait cru bio": Gaborit's whole, non-homogenised raw Jersey milk in a 1 litre bottle, with the cream rising to the top. Gaborit's other milks, yoghurts and desserts on the same shelf are pasteurised. Gaborit's page for this shop lists everything it carries. If the raw milk isn't on the shelf, ask the staff when the next Gaborit delivery is due.
