Echo Farm practices a grass- based farming method in which our cows receive new ground every day and are supplemented with hay, minerals, and alfalfa during the seasons. Our herd is made up of registered American Milking Devons and registered Irish Kerry Cow .These heritage cows are tested and are A2/A2. The milk is creamy, and sweet with small fat globules, making it easy for the body to break down and digest.
