Wir bewahren das Bauerntum, das im Gegensatz zur industriellen Landwirtschaft, sorgfältig und naturbewahrend mit Tier und Land umgeht.
So bearbeitet unser Betrieb bereits seit 2012 die eigenen aber auch im Auftrag gegebene Felder mit einer Streifenfräse, die nicht nur das Abschwemmen von wertvollen Boden verhindert, sondern auch den Humusaufbau fördert. Wir führen unseren Betrieb in der vierten Generation und sind der einzige Milch produzierende Betrieb in Markt Allhau.
