Evitamos el uso de hormonas en el ganado y tratamos de alimentar nuestras vacas de la manera más natural posible para garantizarle a la población quesos con un excelente sabor y calidad. No usamos colorantes, preservantes, conservantes ni aditivos químicos en los quesos y otros lácteos.
El origen del nombre “El Chupulún”:
La Finca El Chupulun está ubicada en una zona del mismo nombre. “Chupulún” en tico hace referencia a una caída en un hueco o área profunda, en una poza de río o piscina. Para llegar a la finca hay que bajar un terreno empinado cruzado por el río La Paz. Muchas familias de la zona acostumbraban ir de paseo y bañarse en las pozas que se forman en este río, corriendo cuesta abajo para brincar y caer en éstas. Muchas veces se utilizaba la expresión “Chupulún caí en la poza”.

Los quesos de leche cruda son una excelente alternativa, son más digeribles para personas sensibles a la lactosa, con
alergias, colesterol alto, levantan el sistema inmunológico, con lo que se previene el cáncer y ayuda en su convalecencia.
Muchos son los mitos existentes alrededor del consumo de lácteos de leche cruda pero éstos son muy saludables y seguros ya que conservan los probióticos y enzimas naturales, sin alterar sus proteínas.
Además la leche cruda le da a estos quesos un excelente sabor.
