The milk is Km0 (the farm is local and under 1km far from the machine), and freshly collected around every 3 days, with date the milking date exposed on the machine
The milk is not heated in any way above the cow temperature of 37°C/99°F (as legal denomination of "raw" prescribes in Italy), but is cooled to 4°C/37°F
The machine also sells plastic bottles to collect the milk
