All of their products are certified organic (AB) or Demeter (biodynamic). Visitors can find:
Fresh Raw Milk: Authentic raw whole milk (Lait cru entier) from local valleys.
Artisanal Raw Milk Cheeses: Traditional Munster Fermier au lait cru, local fresh goat cheese, and traditional farm-fresh unsalted fromage blanc.
Premium Butter: High-quality raw churned butter (Beurre de baratte).
