Located close to the Vosges mountains of Alsace, this organic store highlights local agriculture and traditional savoir-faire. They partner closely with local mountain farms to offer an exceptional selection of raw and biodynamic dairy products.
All of their products are certified organic (AB) or Demeter (biodynamic). Visitors can find:
Fresh Raw Milk: Authentic raw whole milk (Lait cru entier) from local valleys.
Artisanal Raw Milk Cheeses: Traditional Munster Fermier au lait cru, local fresh goat cheese, and traditional farm-fresh unsalted fromage blanc.
Premium Butter: High-quality raw churned butter (Beurre de baratte).
