Beyond-organic, super nutrient-dense foods. Brought to you by Artisan Acres, a small, family-owned regenerative Amish farm, in Lancaster, PA.
About the Farm Family: The farming team is made of one Amish family - a young farming couple, their siblings, and one set of parents - this truly is a family affair. Their family is living simply on the land, and they practice responsible stewardship, caring for and rotating their livestock through their green pastures. Their farm-fresh foods have brought healing to their family; they are now dedicated to providing these same health-filled, hand-crafted foods to you and your family.
How The Animals Are Raised: The farm's livestock are raised using regenerative practices (such as rotational grazing, long rest periods for grass, and prioritizing soil health). The animals are moved daily to fresh, lush green pastures (in season). In the winter, their diets are supplemented with organic alfalfa hay. They are never given hormones, antibiotics, vaccines, or chemical de-wormers; instead, they have natural immunity; they flourish thanks to the farm's pasture-filled grazing program. All livestock is processed carefully and humanely, on a small-scale, either at the farm, or a short distance from the farm.
Raw A2/A2 Dairy: From cows, goats, and sheep. 100% grass-fed (never pasteurized or homogenized), with all cream kept in the milk! The animals are raised on rotational pasture (moved daily) for maximum nutrition and health. You may purchase raw milk, raw chocolate milk, raw cream, raw butter & ghee, raw kefir, raw buttermilk, raw whey, raw cottage cheese, raw colostrum, 3 types of raw yogurt, 26 varieties of raw cheeses, and 6 flavors of raw ice cream!
