We are a young couple building smallholding together. We sell pork and lamb, and raw A2A2 Jersey milk (we are also planning on getting some goats to produce raw goats milk). This summer we will also have beef for sale. Our family also provides duck eggs and honey.

Raw (unpasteurised) fresh milk produced by pedigree Ayrshire cows, grazed at the family run dairy in Bridgend. Come and purchase your milk in its most natural form, direct from the farm gate seven days a week.

Father and son Phil and Steve Hook farm Longleys Farm organically. They have been in partnership together at Longleys Farm Hailsham since 1991. Farming is in their blood, the Hook family have been farming in East Sussex for at least 250 years!
