From the farmer: Heritage Farms milks disease free registered A2/A2 Jerseys twice daily. They are grass fed, supplemented with organic alfalfa, fescue hay, and given all necessary mineral supplements. The cows are sprayed daily with organic fly spray to prevent transmissible diseases. The cows' udders are cleaned with an antibacterial dip before and after milking to prevent mastitis. Milking equipment is cleaned and sterilized after each use. Each cow's milk is kept separate, dated and labeled as to which cow it came to track quality and health. Call them to reserve your milk today.

Not all milk is created equal. We bottle only fresh, raw milk made by our cows grazing our diverse, perennial pastures, rounded out with a bit of dry hay (during the colder months) and a scoop of non-GMO grain (given during milking). This is the same milk - produced in our Grade A licensed dairy - for our cheesemaking operation. Our non-GMO, raw, grass-fed milk is sold in 1/2 gallon jugs for $6.00 each.
