Learn more
Jersey Haven is permitted through the state of Illinois Department of Public Health to sell raw milk directly from the farm. Our permit number is 17132 and our facility distribution number is 16770.
We sell gallons and half gallons of regular raw milk & A2A2 raw milk. We are open daily from 10am - 7pm for milk pick-up. Milk is bottled in an FDA approved plastic milk jug unless you provide your containers for bottling ahead of time. Bottling is done every other day to ensure the milk is fresh, we currently have milk hauler pick up the remaining milk on the second day.
Pre-orders are strongly encouraged if traveling very far, or if you wish to take 3 or more gallons of milk at one time. We bottle extra gallon & half gallon jugs of milk each time, so walk-ins are welcome, but the extra milk is taken on first come, first serve basis.
Pre-orders need to be in by 5:00pm the night before we bottle milk. We need your name, quantity of milk wanted, day you wish to pick it up, and if it is regular or A2A2 milk. Contact Danyel 815-541-4602 or through messenger on Jersey Haven's Facebook page.
