We have a farm store, onsite, selling milk, cheese and meat, as well as wool and soap products all made with resources from the farm.

We are a small-scale family run sheep dairy in Madison County. We seasonally milk about 45 sheep and we sell raw milk (through the NC Herdshare Law), Grade A sheep milk yogurt and a small but growing list of sheep cheeses. We also raise out a meat flock and sell lamb, sheepskins and wool products (wool blankets, wool sponges and wool dryer balls) in the fall.

Ooltewah Farmers Market is a community service initiative by Ooltewah Nursery. "Fresh from your neighbors' farms to your family's table" since 2013. OFM is a true farmers market that is food-focused. It is open to local farmers and food artisans only (no crafts), and it is open all 12 months of the year. A wide assortment of dairy products is available at this market including raw Jersey cow milk (by herdshare), raw Alpine dairy goat milk (by herdshare), raw goat milk (pet milk), and assorted goat milk cheeses, such as chevre and feta. Sheep milk cheeses of all types are available from soft to hard cheeses, such as chevre, halloumi, manchego, feta, and many other styles.

Certified 100% A2/A2 grass-fed, registered Guernsey cow milk, herd-share program from an Amish family farm in Virginia. The farm follows Weston Price principles, including rotational grazing, no antibiotics or growth hormones, and farming beyond organic standards. Golden Valley Farms also offers 100% grass-fed goat milk through the herd share program. Joining the Private Membership Association gives you access to raw sheep milk, raw cow/goat cheeses, raw A2/A2 butter, raw yogurt, raw Greek yogurt, raw cottage cheese, raw cream, pastured chicken and duck eggs (soy-free, non-GMO, organic supplemental feed) and seasonally grown, beyond organically grown, produce.
