OFM is a true farmers market that is food-focused. It is open to local farmers and food artisans only (no crafts), and it is open all 12 months of the year. A wide assortment of dairy products is available at this market including raw Jersey cow milk (by herdshare), raw Alpine dairy goat milk (by herdshare), raw goat milk (pet milk), and assorted goat milk cheeses, such as chevre and feta. Sheep milk cheeses of all types are available from soft to hard cheeses, such as chevre, halloumi, manchego, feta, and many other styles.
