Heritage Farms milks disease free registered A2/A2 Jerseys twice daily. They are grass fed, supplemented with organic alfalfa, fescue hay, and given all necessary mineral supplements. The cows are sprayed daily with organic fly spray to prevent transmissible diseases. The cows' udders are cleaned with an antibacterial dip before and after milking to prevent mastitis. Milking equipment is cleaned and sterilized after each use. Each cow's milk is kept separate, dated and labeled as to which cow it came to track quality and health.
