We typically maintain a herd composed entirely of A2/A2 Beta-Casein tested Jerseys, consisting of 350 to 450 milking cows, with the numbers fluctuating based on monthly calf births.
Our cattle enjoy a life of freedom, spending about 85% of their day grazing on pasture without confinement. They are fed a nutrient-rich, high-forage diet that supports their health and well-being. Alongside our milking cows, we also care for delivery cows and dry cows. Delivery cows, which are pregnant, receive special attention as they near their calving date. In contrast, dry cows are those not currently lactating, yet they also have year-round access to open pastures for grazing, just like our milking cows.
