We machine milk our 3 Jerseys. They’re all A2A2. They are mostly grass fed, but do get supplemental ground corn in the stanchion. We filter the milk into wide mouth half gallon jars and chill it immediately. We also usually have milk kefir for sale too.
Milk: $5 per half gallon (w/ an empty jar deposit)
Kefir: $4 per quart
