Echo Farm practices a grass- based farming method in which our cows receive new ground every day and are supplemented with hay, minerals, and alfalfa during the seasons. Our herd is made up of registered American Milking Devons and registered Irish Kerry Cow .These heritage cows are tested and are A2/A2. The milk is creamy, and sweet with small fat globules, making it easy for the body to break down and digest.

Fresh raw milk, butter, cream, cheese, kefir just as if you had your own family cow! :) They also offer many other foods all chemical-free, antibiotic-free, soy-free, humanely raised, and truly pastured. This includes 100% grassfed beef, pastured chicken and eggs, pastured pork, wild-caught salmon, kombucha, homemade bread, raw honey, and much more. The Raw Milk and other clean, whole foods are delivered to 55 Pickup Locations across Pennsylvania. Order for your nearest location online and the foods will be delivered each week at most places and bi-weekly at others. Home Delivery via UPS is also available nationwide for all these specialty foods except raw milk due to legal challenges. Cymry Farm has herd shares available from a pasture-based mixed herd of Jersey, Holstein, and Ayrshire cows. As the weather permits, the cows are rotationally grazed, with a small amount of supplemental grain given in the barn at milking time. They are fed forages and ensilage (all home grown) to complement the grass season. Health and cleanliness is a top priority. Herd tested free of brucellosis, tuberculosis, and Johne’s. $35 buy-in per share (refundable) and $25/month boarding fee. Whole and half shares are available year round.
