P-19) govern milk sold in the territory. There is no herdshare, cow-share or on-farm sales exemption, and no territorial licensing pathway for a raw milk producer.
All fluid milk sold in the Northwest Territories arrives from southern provinces, primarily Alberta, and there is no legal or practical local source of raw drinking milk.
