Our fresh whole milk comes to the milk filling station every day. Our milk has a fat content of 3.9 to 4.0%. Our cows produce milk of the highest quality. Come and see for yourself.

De familiekudde telt circa 100 waterbuffels en deze lopen het hele jaar door lekker buiten in diverse weilanden in Son en Breugel, vlakbij Eindhoven. Bij De Stoerderij worden de waterbuffels gemolken en ze worden gehouden voor het vlees. Buffelmelk is beroemd van de traditionele Italiaanse buffelmozzarella. Onze buffelmelk verwerken we ook tot heerlijke buffelmozzarella, maar er wordt ook yoghurt, roomijs, paneer en harde kaas van gemaakt. We verkopen ook rauwe melk bij de boerderij. De stieren worden gehouden voor het vlees en dit wordt voornamelijk verkocht via Crowdfunding.
