15 minutes south of West Des Moines. Raw Milk from A2/A2 registered Jersey cows. Grass-fed on pasture and supplemented with GMO-free sprouted grains, and high-quality hay in the winter months, and a small amount of organic oats for treats during milking. In addition to providing high quality raw milk, the farm also offers a wide array of fresh organically grown produce, pasture-raised pork & poultry, raw honey, farm teas, and natural home goods all year long.

Nick and Annie Schmitz maintain a herd of Jersey-cross cows that are genetically tested A2/A2 protein producers. The cows are machine milked into bucket milkers in a parlor. Milk is then filtered before being chilled in a bulk tank. Milk is never sold more than three days old. Cows are 100 percent forage-fed and DO NOT receive grain. Feed rations consist of pasture grass, grass hay, alfalfa, and/or haylage depending on the season. Cows have access to free choice minerals. We specialize in 100% grass-fed non-GMO A2 Raw Milk from cows that get to nurse their own calves. You can pick up from the farm at 15659 Highway Y, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024, or from one of our 19 drop-points on our Tuesday or Thursday evening or Saturday morning delivery routes to the greater Kansas City area. We are at each location for a specific window of time. You just meet our delivery van and pickup the products that you have pre-ordered through the website.
